We came here for Sunday brunch, it convenient since it was next door to the H-Mart. Service felt like a true local Chinese restaurant, enough to get by and severs yelling/arguing with each other or regulars (in playful manner). The food was a hit of miss, the menu has a wide range of food from tradition dim sum to Chinese American. Parking is plentiful and it's pretty affordable.

I went to this restaurant for brunch with a friend on 10/12/2019. Overall, the Dim Sum dishes were pretty delicious. Fresh, not greasy, and not doughy, just the way I like! Transparent skin dumplings were steamed nicely. But, I have to say that one of the dumplings we ordered was over-steamed. Wonton soup's broth and wontons were great (I would order it without noodles next time) For the overcooked ones and chunked up noodles in the wonton soup, I would give them 3.5 stars if I could. I would definitely go back there.

Lured by the "All day dim sum" sign, I defected from my original Arco Seafood plan and decided to give this place a try, and am so glad I did! This is now my go-to dim sum place. Please note that this review is specifically for the dim sum.
First of all, I like how this place opens at 9am on Saturdays so I can enjoy a quiet and hearty breakfast. Plus when you go early everything is super fresh, not sold out, and you don't have to deal with crowds.
There are a couple of standout dim sum menu items here that I recommend and are unique to this place. #77 Crispy Shrimp Chives & Chive Rice Roll was recommended by the waitress, and it's a delicious cheung fen wrapped with shrimp and chives and covered in a crispy panko breaded outer layer that's pan fried. The crispiness of the outside layer combined with the sauce and fresh cheung fen makes this one of my favorite dishes here. The other is #44 Baked Sweeten Milk Bun, which is the typical butter custard filling but with a pineapple crisp top (like the Chinese baked bread pineapple top). And yes, there are 3 kinds of shu mai to choose from, which makes me feel like these guys REALLY take their dim sum seriously. lol. #1 is the typical shu mai you usually see. #2 has the shrimp tail on top of the shu mai, and #3 has rice in it (hence the "pearl" in the name).
Overall this place is clean and cheap without diluting quality. A solid choice for dim sum in Htown! -

The outside pics are the same but the inside pics here are different in yelp than in person. I guess there's been a big change but no one has been here to update? I'm glad I found this little gem. It had a sign of ALL DAY DIM SUM. I came here for the first time and the workers were so nice. The service was great and they were on top of their game. The food came out hot and fresh and didn't taste stale or smelled fishy lol. A couple of dishes I ordered was:
Chinese broccoli
Fried wonton with shrimp
Fried crab claw
Fried taro
Mango sticky rice
Fried red bean sesame balls
Cheung fun
Siu mai
And they were all delicious!
